Job Role: Customer Support Representative / Advisor (Work From Home)
Location: Remote (Hiring office located in Navi Mumbai)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email support.
Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism and communication quality in all interactions.
Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, 6 days a week (1 rotational week off).
Maintain records and escalate issues when required.
Candidates must have their own system and broadband connection for WFH setup.
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं
Experienced (BPO candidates preferred), Freshers भी welcome हैं
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Customer handling and query-solving skills
Comfortable with email, chat & voice process
Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
Salary: ₹3 – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on experience and communication skills)
