Job Role:
Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location:
Noida (On-site)
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential learners through calls, messages, and online platforms.
Present course details and learning benefits to prospective students clearly and confidently.
Follow up with interested candidates to close admissions.
Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Keep accurate lead data and interaction history in CRM software.
Work closely with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new learners.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling sales calls and resolving objections.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Basic understanding of the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
Salary:
₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA + Incentives
