Job Role:
Trainee – Machine Operator

Location:
Mohali, Punjab

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines used for manufacturing automotive rubber parts.

Maintain equipment hygiene and follow safety protocols on the shop floor.

Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product standards.

Support senior machine operators in daily production tasks.

Qualification:
Candidates must have any one of the following:

12th Pass, or

10th + ITI (Any Trade)

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of machinery operations

Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts

Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn

Physically fit and ready to work in a factory setup

Salary:

₹15,000 per month (In-hand) initially

After 3 months: ₹17,000 per month

With Sunday work: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Other Details:

Interview Dates: 4th – 7th November 2025

Interview Time: 10:30 AM

Experience: Freshers eligible

Age Limit: 18 – 27 years

Shift Timing: 12 hours per shift

Working Days: 26 days/month (4 holidays/month)

Accommodation: ₹2,000–₹3,000 (Sharing basis)

Canteen: ₹25/meal (2 times tea & snacks free + 1 free meal daily)

Free 3-Year Mechanical Polytechnic Diploma (UGC recognized and valid for government jobs)

Free study material, medical, and accidental insurance provided
