Job Role:
Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive / Sales Executive

Location:
Noida / Gurugram (Delhi NCR)
(Candidates must be open to work from either location)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat and voice process for international and domestic clients.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.

Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.

Upsell or cross-sell products/services when required.

Collaborate with the team to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Qualification:

Undergraduates / Graduates can apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Required Skills:

Excellent spoken English communication skills.

Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of BPO operations (voice/chat process).

Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Positive attitude and team spirit.

Preferred:

Experience in international voice process will be an advantage.

Salary:

₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month (in-hand)

Freshers: ₹24,000 in-hand

Experienced: Up to ₹42,000 in-hand

Additional: Unlimited incentives based on performance

Other Details:

Shift: Rotational (5 Days Working / 2 Rotational Week Offs)

Cab Facility: Both-side cab provided

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
