Job Role:
Senior Executive – Screening

Location:
DLF Cyber City, Tower C, Block 2, Building 3, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze applications and transactions to detect and prevent potential frauds.

Make decisions to approve, decline, block, or unblock cards based on investigation results.

Communicate with customers to understand transaction patterns and verify authenticity.

Identify and report fraud trends or modus operandi to analytics and management teams.

Ensure compliance with KYC and transaction monitoring regulations.

Conduct fraud awareness communication to safeguard customers.

Adhere to process SOPs, customer contact policies, and productivity targets.

Suggest process improvements and highlight fraud trends for early detection and prevention.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute or university.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good listening and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of fraud management, transaction processing, and risk analysis

Attention to detail and process orientation

Excellent communication and documentation skills
