Job Role:
Customer Support Executive (Voice Process – Work from Office)
Location:
Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Near Noida Electronic City Metro Station)
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively
Provide accurate product and service information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Meet performance and quality targets
Work in rotational shifts and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates can also apply)
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently
Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
Customer-oriented attitude
Salary:
Up to ₹18,000 per month (depending on interview, experience, and communication skills)
Other Details:
Work from office (Noida location)
5 days working with 2 rotational offs
Rotational shifts (24x7)
Immediate joiners preferred
Walk-in Venue: Tower A, First Floor A8, Tech Mahindra, Knowledge Boulevard, Sector 62, Noida, near IMS College
