Job Role:
Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location:
Ground Floor, InfoTech Centre, Milestone 14/2, Old Delhi Gurugram Road, Dhundahera, Gurugram - 122016, Haryana
Nearest Metro Station: Sikanderpur / Guru Dronacharya
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to US/UK airline processes.
Provide excellent service and support to international customers via voice calls.
Ensure first-contact resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Meet performance targets and adhere to process guidelines.
Maintain a professional tone and demonstrate empathy in all customer interactions.
Qualification:
Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in night shifts (US/UK shift)
Basic computer knowledge
Salary:
Freshers: ₹26,000 (in-hand)
Experienced: ₹29,000 (in-hand)
Additional Incentives based on performance
Other Details:
Working Days: 5 or 6 days (Sat-Sun off / rotational off depending on process)
