Customer Support Executive – Chat Process (Non-Voice)
Location:
New Delhi / Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and issues through chat and email support.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.
Provide excellent service for international clients (non-voice process).
Manage multiple chats simultaneously and ensure timely resolution.
Follow company policies and maintain a professional communication style.
Qualification:
Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Skills:
Excellent written communication skills in English
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer and multitasking skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends
Salary:
₹23,000 (for Freshers)

Week Offs: 2 rotational offs per week

Leave Policy: No casual leaves allowed for the first 3 months
