Customer Care Executive – Premium Banking Process

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls and chats with professionalism.
Assist customers with account details, product information, order tracking, and returns.
Resolve issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated with product details, offers, and process updates.
Follow company policies and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and customer-focused attitude
