Job Role:
Assistant Manager – BFS Direct
Location:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
Manage delinquent portfolios effectively to enhance business profitability.
Achieve targeted collection efficiencies across assigned products.
Execute timely follow-ups and maintain high intensity of collection efforts for overdue accounts.
Ensure targets for Cost of Collections and PI (Performance Indicators) are met monthly.
Regularly review portfolio performance to identify early or potential stress accounts.
Maintain proper documentation of all collection activities and trails.
Ensure strict adherence to collection processes and risk governance guidelines.
Coordinate with legal and law enforcement authorities for speedy recovery when required.
Provide feedback on implemented collection strategies and suggest improvements.
Ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to approved settlement processes.
Maintain zero delay in cash TAT and MIS reporting.
Qualification:
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
