About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Amazon to Indian retailers and sellers. Your role will involve onboarding, training, and managing sellers to optimize their product selection and pricing strategies on Amazon. You will work closely with sellers at all stages of their journey to ensure their success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Amazon Services products and communicate their functions and benefits to sellers
Train and assist sellers to become valuable Amazon partners
Track and monitor key sellers to optimize their selection and performance
Work across multiple teams to improve seller experience and resolve issues
Adapt to new and challenging situations in a fast-changing environment
About the Team
The In Surgical Selection Central Team provides support to sellers, ensuring seamless operations on Amazon. The team assists sellers with Amazon tools, listing products, and enabling Prime services. Responsibilities include interacting with sellers, improving processes, and maintaining work records.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Passion for e-commerce and business growth
Understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India
Experience working with sellers and distributors is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
At least two years of sales experience
MBA degree is preferred
Experience selling new products or services in emerging markets
