Village Khapri & Dahegaon MIHAN, SEZ-MADC,
Nagpur – 441108, India.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and provide resolutions.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Communicate effectively and professionally in English.

Follow company procedures, guidelines, and processes.

Document customer interactions accurately.

Work in rotational shifts and adhere to weekly offs.

Qualification:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass) and above.

Freshers are eligible to apply.

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills.

Customer handling ability.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:
₹1,00,000 – ₹1,75,000 LPA

Other Details:

Shift: 5 Days Rotational

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Pick-up and drop facility available

Immediate joiners preferred

Interview Timings: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
