Job Role:
Manager – Vendor Management (Recoveries Telecalling)

Location:
DLF Cyber City, Tower C, Block 2, Building 3, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002

Job Responsibilities (Shortened):

Manage vendor partners handling telecalling for recoveries

Execute recovery strategies and track daily/monthly performance

Review portfolio trends and identify gaps

Optimize dialer segmentation and ensure call quality

Ensure system uptime and coordinate during technical issues

Identify accounts for legal recovery processes when required

Monitor agent performance, discipline, and compliance

Conduct audits to ensure adherence to data security and guidelines

Manage vendor payouts and ensure timely, accurate billing

Qualification:

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline

Skills:

Knowledge of credit card and collections processes

Dialer strategy understanding

Strong vendor management experience

Stakeholder and team management

Process-oriented and result-driven

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary:
