Location:
Remote (Training + Registered Office Visit Required – Mumbai)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls for service-related queries
Provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines
Update customer account information correctly
Meet quality and performance targets
Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions
Work in rotational US shifts with two rotational week-offs
Qualification:
Graduation not required
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Comfortable with US rotational shifts
Must be residing in Mumbai
Salary:
3-4 LPA (as per company norms)
Other Details:
Office visit required for training
Must have power backup and minimum 100 Mbps internet connection
5 working days with rotational week-offs
