Customer Care / Customer Service Associate – Premium Banking Process
Location:
Noida
Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries and interactions through voice support.
Provide product information, assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns with accuracy, professionalism, and customer-first approach.
Stay updated on ongoing promotions, products, and platform updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and complex cases.
Qualification:
Graduation mandatory (any stream).
Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
2 – 2.5 LPA
