About Company:
HRacers Associate LLP is a manpower and sourcing agency hiring candidates for a one-year Apprenticeship Program under the National Apprenticeship Program Scheme (NAPS) for a leading industrial unit in Ghaziabad.
Job Role:
Apprentice (Fitter / Machinist / Turner)
Location:
Giani Border, Chikamberpur, Grand Trunk Road, Prakash Industrial Estate, Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201006
Job Responsibility:
Work as part of industrial operations under NAPS
Assist in machine handling, fitting, turning, or machining tasks
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and safety compliance
Support production activities as assigned by supervisors
Perform duties in rotational shifts (day/night)
Qualification:
12th Pass
ITI in Fitter / Machinist / Turner (only these trades eligible)
Male candidates only
Skills:
Physically fit and comfortable with 12-hour duty
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Basic technical understanding of ITI trade
Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Salary / Stipend:
Under NAPS (Monthly):
ITI Candidates: Basic ₹15,050 + Incentive ₹1,000 + Attendance Bonus ₹2,500
Includes 12-hour duty per day (with OT included)
Other Details:
Immediate joining
Duty Hours: 12 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day (not necessarily Sunday)
Rotational Shifts: Day & Night, changes every 7 days
Facilities:
Canteen at ₹10 per meal (2 meals/day)
Free accommodation for 6 months
DA increments twice a year
Annual bonus + Diwali bonus
CL leave encashment
Yearly increment
