Executive – Debt Management Services – Rural

Location:

Job Responsibility:
Achieve collection targets by visiting customers or agencies
Monitor performance and share regular updates
Ensure legal compliance during repossession activities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Prepare and share reports on collection activities and performance
Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly
Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR)
Develop strategies to improve collection rates
Track cases and ensure resolution within AOP timelines
Manage portfolio and implement debt collection strategies
Conduct reporting and analysis
Manage risks and coordinate with internal and external teams
Lead teams and handle vendor management

Qualification:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate
