Location:

Job Responsibility:

Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategies
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks
Conduct preliminary screenings to assess skills, experience, and communication
Schedule interviews and manage timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records
Manage offer process, pre-onboarding communication, and documentation
Handle volume hiring, niche hiring, or campus hiring as needed
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Support recruitment events, hiring drives, and process improvement initiatives

Qualification:
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate

Preferred: 
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
