Work from home – Maharashtra, India / Delhi, India
Job Responsibility:
Provide customer support through phone, chat, and email
Solve queries related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance
Use Amazon tools to navigate, research, and resolve issues efficiently
Ensure a positive and personalized customer experience
Work variable shifts including day, late, overnight, and weekends as needed
Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with required technical setup
Participate in training and continuously develop skills
Qualification:
Minimum age: 18 years
Right to work in India
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic computer experience
Ability to work varying and rotating shifts
