Job Responsibility:
Source and interview college students interested in joining Kotak Life as apprentices.
Assist candidates in filling online forms for apprenticeship portal registration.
Handle basic recruitment activities including screening and coordination.
Support the talent acquisition team in bulk hiring and sourcing.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualification:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Age: 18–34 years
Candidates without any existing PF account
Women candidates and women returning to work are preferred
