Job Role:
Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries professionally and accurately.
Provide correct information regarding company products and services.
Maintain call logs and case details as per process guidelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Escalate unresolved issues to respective departments.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Able to work in rotational shifts.
Skills:
Good communication in Hindi; basic English preferred
Customer service
Voice process handling
Problem-solving
Basic computer knowledge
Inbound/outbound calling skills
Salary:
₹80,000 – ₹2.5 LPA + Incentives
