Job Role:
Executive – Customer Services (T1 Service)
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana (DLF Cyber City)
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from credit card customers
Resolve customer queries, requests, and complaints within defined SLAs
Ensure high customer satisfaction through first-call resolution
Achieve daily targets for AHT, productivity, quality, CSAT, retention, and cross-sell
Maintain process compliance and documentation
Identify process gaps and raise red flags to minimize escalations
Ensure timely resolution as per TAT across sub-processes
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
