Area Talent Acquisition Executive
Location:
West Delhi
Job Responsibility:
Drive recruitment using an effective sourcing mix within defined budget, SLA, and quality standards
Build talent pools through alternate sourcing channels such as college campuses, government skill development agencies, and employment exchanges
Manage recruitment compliances including background verification and negotiation audit responses
Handle specific recruitment projects as per defined timelines
Analyze recruitment dashboards and analytics to ensure SLA adherence
Prioritize hiring for critical positions in the assigned area
Manage geography stakeholders for timely closure of hiring requirements
Ensure candidate engagement during the pre-onboarding phase for better employee experience
Qualification:
Master’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
