Job Role:
Digital Officer / Relationship Manager

Location:
Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai (Mumbai), Ahmedabad
(Also hiring for Noida, Bangalore, Kolkata)

Job Responsibility:

• Outbound calling to existing and new customers (ETB/NTB)
• Sales of banking products such as secured loans, unsecured loans, credit cards, and life/general insurance
• Achieving sales targets with quality customer interaction
• Handling customer queries related to banking products
• Maintaining customer records and follow-ups

Qualification:

• Graduation mandatory (Any stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Sales experience in loans, cards, or insurance is an advantage

Skills:

• Good communication skills (English mandatory)
• Passion and zeal for sales
• Knowledge of loans, credit cards, insurance preferred
• Phone banking / digital sales skills

Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
