Front Desk Executive
Location:
Pune / Ahmedabad
Job Responsibility:
Handling internal and external calls using EPBAX and transferring them to the concerned departments, greeting and assisting walk in visitors and maintaining their records, ensuring proper entry of all walk ins in registers and system, receiving and maintaining vendor bill records, maintaining cleanliness hygiene and housekeeping of the center, and ensuring excellent hospitality and smooth front office operations at all times.
Qualification:
Graduation or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Desk Executive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer handling abilities, good time management skills, and working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word.
