Trainee – Electronics Manufacturing (Job with Study Program)

Location:
Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana)

Eligibility:
12th Pass / ITI Pass
Age Limit: 18 to 27 Years

Job Responsibility:

Assembly and production work
Basic electronics manufacturing tasks
Shift-based factory operations
Salary / Stipend (Fixed):
1st Year: ₹12,000
2nd Year: ₹13,000
3rd Year: ₹14,000

Attendance Allowance:
₹1,500 for 24 days attendance
₹700 deduction for one leave

Overtime:

Approx ₹2,976 (2 hours daily OT)
Extra overtime @ approx ₹62 per hour

Night Shift Allowance:

₹75 per night

Approx ₹900 per month

Shift changes every 15 days

Total In-Hand Salary (24 Days):
₹17,376 (Approx)
