Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)
Location:
Noida – Sector 62 (Work From Office)
(Open for candidates from Noida, Ghaziabad & Greater Noida)
Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries through voice calls
Provide accurate and timely customer support
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain service quality and professionalism
Qualification:
Minimum: Any Graduate
Graduate / Postgraduate candidates can apply
Minimum 12+ months of customer service experience is mandatory
Skills:
Excellent English communication skills
Customer service & customer care
Voice / Inbound process experience
BPO experience preferred
Ability to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
Salary:
₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.75 LPA

Working Days: 5 days working (2 split week-offs)
Shifts: Rotational (24×7, 10 hours including 1-hour break)
