Associate – Underwriting

Job Responsibility:
Perform manual credit decisioning for assigned applications
Ensure accuracy as per credit and compliance guidelines
Complete application processing within defined TAT
Maintain portfolio quality by meeting SLA standards
Rectify errors identified by monitoring teams
Follow process documentation and compliance requirements

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline

Skills:
Understanding of credit policy framework
Strong analytical ability
Detail and process orientation
Verbal and written communication skills
