Customer Care Executive / Customer Service Associate
(Premium Banking Process – Voice Support)

Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries through voice support
Assist customers with product details, orders, tracking, returns, and general inquiries
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy
Provide a superior customer experience
Coordinate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when required
Stay updated on products, offers, and platform updates
Qualification:
Any Graduate (mandatory)
Skills:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Customer service and customer handling
Voice process and inbound calling
Problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Salary:
₹2.0 – ₹2.5 LPA (up to ₹2.20 LPA as per company standards)
