Job Role:
Admin & Operations Intern

Job Responsibility:
Handle employee queries through helpdesk ticketing system
Ensure timely closure of tickets within defined TAT
Coordinate with employees for travel-related requirements
Assist in email drafting and professional communication
Coordinate within internal teams for smooth operations
Support manual fare calculation and booking processes
Maintain data records and documentation for audit purposes
Ensure bookings are done at best available fares
Qualification:
Must be pursuing Graduation or Post Graduation
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication in English
Prompt response over emails and calls
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Coordination and data management skills
