Job Role:
Officer – Airport Operations & Customer Services (AO&CS)
Officer – Security
Officer – AO&CS (Ramp)

Location:
Pan India (Multiple Airport Locations)

Job Responsibilities:

Officer – AO&CS (Terminal Services):

Reservations and ticketing at counters
Handling customer queries (in-person & telephonic)
Managing check-in counters and baggage screening
Assisting passengers with special requirements
Handling mishandled or damaged baggage and reports
Filing post-flight documentation

Officer – Security:

Ensure airport security as per company and regulatory standards
Conduct threat assessment and emergency response
Monitor quality systems and compliance
Prevent theft and pilferage
Maintain security documentation and procedures
Officer – AO&CS (Ramp):
Coordinate aircraft arrival and departure operations
Manage bay allocation and ramp alignment
Supervise baggage loading/unloading
Ensure cleaning, boarding clearance, and documentation
Ensure safe, smooth, and on-time flight operations

Qualification:
Graduation is mandatory (Freshers & Experienced)
Valid passport is mandatory
No visible tattoos allowed
Experienced candidates must submit employment proof and AEP surrender copy (if applicable)
