Job Role:
Executive / Senior Executive – International Non-Voice Process (Telecom)
Location:
Chennai, Tamil Nadu
(Chennai One SEZ IT Park – Thoraipakkam)
Job Responsibility:
Handle international non-voice (chat/email) customer support for telecom clients
Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently
Provide technical support for modems, routers, and IPTV services
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
Qualification:
Graduation is mandatory
Freshers are not eligible
Minimum 6 months experience in customer support (Telecom domain preferred)
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication
International chat process experience preferred
Customer service and support skills
Technical troubleshooting knowledge (added advantage)
Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
Salary: As per company standards
