Content Moderation Executive (Non-Voice)

Location:
Navi Mumbai / Mumbai (All Areas)

Job Responsibility:

Review and analyze user-generated content including text, audio, images, and videos

Classify, approve, or remove content as per client policies and guidelines

Investigate and resolve content-related issues flagged by users or systems

Escalate complex cases to the Trust & Safety team

Participate in training programs and quality improvement initiatives

Engage with socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety

Qualification:

Any Graduate (Freshers eligible)

0–2 years of experience

Skills:

Good English communication and comprehension

Strong attention to detail

Emotional resilience and stress management

Familiarity with internet platforms and online culture

Ability to work independently and in teams

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
