Handle customer queries through voice support
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
Maintain high-quality customer service standards
Follow shift schedules and company policies
Ensure customer satisfaction during interactions
Qualification:
Minimum qualification 10+2
Graduation not mandatory
Freshers can apply
Candidates with BPO experience will be preferred
Skills:
Excellent English communication skills
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Voice and international BPO exposure
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week offs
