Job Role:

Customer Support Executive / Customer Service Representative (Work From Office)

Location:

Noida, Uttar Pradesh
(Candidates from Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi NCR can apply)

Job Responsibility:

Handling customer queries via voice and non-voice channels

Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues

Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

Documenting customer interactions properly

Following Amazon customer service standards and guidelines

Working in rotational and night shifts as per business needs

Qualification:

Minimum qualification: 10+2

Any Graduate / Post Graduate can apply

Graduation is not mandatory

Freshers are eligible

Candidates with BPO or customer service experience will have an advantage

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Customer handling and problem-solving skills

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs

Basic computer knowledge

Salary:

Monthly CTC as per company structure
