Job Role

Field Investigator / Field Explorer

Location

Work Locations: Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh

Job Responsibility

Conduct insurance claim investigations as per assigned cases
Perform on-table, off-table, and desktop field surveillance
Carry out field exploration and on-ground verification activities
Collect, verify, and preserve documentary and photographic evidence
Handle evidence procurement and proper documentation
Conduct telephonic verification with insured persons and related parties
Verify insured profiles for pre-policy and post-policy cases
Procure and verify medical records and supporting documents
Cross-check submitted claim documents with available records
Prepare accurate investigation reports as per company and client formats
Coordinate with internal AB Services team for case-related work only

Qualification

Minimum 10 plus 2 pass
Graduates preferred

Skills

Good communication and report writing skills
Ability to work independently in field conditions
Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and email communication
Attention to detail and responsibility toward assigned cases
Familiarity with local areas of Maharashtra or Madhya Pradesh preferred

Salary

Payment on per case basis
