Job Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries through email and back office support

Respond to customer emails accurately and professionally

Resolve customer issues as per process guidelines

Maintain quality and turnaround time for all customer interactions

Update customer information and case details in the system

Follow company policies and international compliance standards

Working Days & Shift

5 Working Days per week

1 Rotational Week Off

Sunday Fixed Off

Training Details

One month mandatory training at Teleperformance Mumbai office

Post training Work From Home setup

Qualification

HSC Pass with minimum 6 months customer service experience

Graduate Freshers are also eligible

Experience

0 to 3 Years

International or domestic customer support experience preferred

Skills Required

Excellent English communication skills

Good typing and email writing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work independently from home

Customer-focused attitude

Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

Stable internet connection minimum 100 Mbps

Power backup facility at home

Laptop or desktop readiness as per company norms
