Job Role:
Field Investigator / Field Explorer

Location:
Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh

Job Responsibility:

Conduct insurance claim investigations for assigned cases

Perform on-table, off-table, and desktop field surveillance (core responsibility)

Carry out on-ground field exploration and verification activities

Collect, verify, handle, and preserve documentary, photographic, and field evidence

Procure and verify medical records related to insured persons (pre-policy & post-policy)

Conduct telephonic surveillance and verification with concerned parties

Verify insured profiles and submitted claim documents

Cross-check collected data with available records and documents

Prepare accurate investigation reports strictly as per client formats and guidelines

Coordinate internally with AB Services’ team for case-related activities only

Qualification:

Minimum: 10+2

Graduate preferred

Skills:

Good communication and report-writing skills

Ability to work independently in field conditions

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Basic knowledge of smartphones, email, and digital documentation

Familiarity with local areas of Maharashtra / Madhya Pradesh (preferred)

Salary:

Payment on a per-case basis
