(UK Email and Back Office Process)

Remote Work From Home
Hiring Office Location: Mumbai (Candidates must reside in Mumbai only)
Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries through email support for an international UK process
Perform back-office operations related to customer service
Resolve customer issues accurately and within defined timelines
Maintain proper documentation and follow process guidelines
Ensure high-quality customer support and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Qualification:
HSC pass with minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Graduate freshers are also eligible
Graduation is not mandatory
Skills:
Excellent English communication skills written and verbal
Basic computer knowledge
Email handling and back-office process understanding
Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup
Good problem-solving and attention to detail
