Job Responsibility:
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions and driving sales through voice-based communication. The role includes making outbound calls to customers, explaining insurance-related products and services, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates will also be required to perform cold calling, follow up with potential clients, and maintain accurate records of conversations and leads. Achieving daily and monthly sales targets is an important part of this role. Providing excellent customer service, handling objections professionally, and maintaining a positive attitude during calls are key responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
Qualification:
Graduate freshers can apply. Experienced graduates and undergraduates with a background in BPO, telecalling, or sales are also eligible. Strong spoken English communication skills are mandatory for this role.
