Associate – VKYC Support

Basic Job Work :
This is an office job where you will do Video KYC verification.
KYC means Know Your Customer. Before giving a credit card, the company must check the customer’s identity. Your job is to:
Talk to customers on a video call
Ask them to show their original documents (like Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
Check if the face and details match the documents
Follow company rules while verifying
Update the system with correct information
Complete each verification on time
You will not be doing field work. This is a desk job where you work on a computer and handle customers online.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend video calls with customers for identity verification
Check documents carefully
Follow step-by-step company process
Enter correct details in the system
Finish work within the given time
Maintain accuracy (no mistakes in data)
Reply to emails or internal team queries if required
Qualification:
Graduate in any subject (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.)
Skills Required:
Basic English speaking and understanding
Comfortable talking to customers politely
Basic computer knowledge
Attention to detail (notice small mistakes)
Ability to sit and work on a system for long hours
