Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries through voice or blended support channels
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
Maintain a professional and polite conversation with customers
Resolve issues efficiently while following company guidelines
Escalate complex cases to the concerned department when required
Maintain records of customer interactions and updates in the system
Qualification:
Graduation Not Required
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi
Ability to handle domestic voice process
Basic computer knowledge
