Eligibility / योग्यता:
12th Pass or ITI Pass candidates can apply. Age limit is 18 to 27 years.
12वीं पास या ITI पास उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आयु सीमा 18 से 27 वर्ष।

Stipend / Salary Structure / सैलरी विवरण:
1st Year – ₹12,000 per month
2nd Year – ₹13,000 per month
3rd Year – ₹14,000 per month

Additional Earnings / अतिरिक्त कमाई:
Attendance Allowance – ₹1,500 (24 days)
Overtime – Approx ₹2,976 per month
Night Shift Allowance – ₹75 per night

Total Potential Monthly Income – Approx ₹17,376

Education with Job / जॉब के साथ पढ़ाई:
2 Years – Diploma
3 Years – B.Voc (EMS) Degree from TISS
No salary deduction for studies. After course completion, salary potential ₹25,000–₹30,000.
2 साल का डिप्लोमा या 3 साल की TISS से B.Voc डिग्री। पढ़ाई के लिए सैलरी से कोई कटौती नहीं। कोर्स के बाद सैलरी ₹25,000–₹30,000 तक।
