Job Role:
Trainee / Production Operator (Work + Polytechnic Mechanical Program)

Location:
Bawal, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

Manufacturing and assembly of automobile steering components

Machine operation and production support

Working as per shift schedules

8 hours of work + 2 hours of technical study daily

Following company safety and operational guidelines

Qualification:

12th Pass

Local as well as All-State candidates can apply

Skills Required:

Basic technical understanding

Willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team

Ready to work in shifts

Salary:

₹11,000 In-hand for 8 hours

₹1,000 Attendance Bonus
Total ₹12,000 per month (In-hand)

4 weekly offs per month

Overtime: Double rate

Monthly overtime earning: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 (approx.)

After 6 months: Salary increases to ₹13,000

Second year: Salary increases to ₹14,000

After successful course completion:

Job opportunity in the same company at ₹19,000 / 8 hours + OT Double
