Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and concerns with empathy and accuracy
Provide product and service-related information
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass
Graduates in any discipline can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) eligible
Skills:
Good English communication skills (mandatory)
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric approach
Ability to work rotational shifts
Voice process / BPO experience preferred
