Job Role:
Officer – Airport Operations and Customer Services AO&CS
Officer – Security
Officer – AO&CS Ramp

Location:
Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Jaipur, Lucknow
Walk-in hiring currently happening in Hyderabad and Ranchi

Job Responsibility:
Handling airport operations and customer service activities
Assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrivals
Ticketing and reservation support
Baggage handling and coordination for lost or damaged baggage
Ramp operations including aircraft turnaround activities
Ensuring safety, security, and on-time flight operations
Following standard operating procedures and airline guidelines

Qualification:
Graduation mandatory for freshers
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Valid passport required
No visible tattoos allowed

Skills:
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
Teamwork and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work rotational and night shifts
Basic computer knowledge
