Job Role:
Senior Executive – Digital Servicing
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana, India
DLF Cyber City, Tower C, Block 2, Building 3
Job Responsibility:
Analyze responses received from ILA and identify content defects
Raise defects in ALM as per customer query responses
Assist in closure of BRDs and track requirement gathering
Ensure timely completion of UATs for new deployments
Analyze CSAT data and highlight reasons for DSAT
Reduce service requests raised via helpline and email channels
Maintain process documentation and compliance adherence
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Skills:
Process Orientation
Analytical Ability
Problem Solving Skills
Market Awareness
Knowledge of new-age tools
Understanding of data analytics tools and data lake systems
Familiarity with Spine, Turbine, or similar platforms
