Job Role:
Voice / Chat Process Executive – Customer Service
Location:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Work From Office – WFO)
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming customer calls and chat queries from e-commerce platforms.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents.
Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and provide complete and accurate information.
Follow up to ensure resolution of queries.
Qualification:
Undergraduate or Graduate – Freshers and Experienced candidates eligible
Skills:
Good English communication skills
Customer service orientation
Complaint handling and problem-solving skills
Voice and chat support knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Salary:
Depends on experience and communication skills

5-day work week with rotational shifts
