JC Digital Repair Specialist
Location:
Multiple Locations – Baddi, Jamnagar, Bengaluru, Udaipur
Job Responsibility:
Customer Care Executive Voice:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide resolution to queries, maintain professional communication tone, ensure accurate data capture, educate customers about products and services, follow contact center policies, and meet service quality standards.
JC Digital Repair Specialist:
Manage onboarding and certification of partners/technicians, conduct training and OJTs, track performance KPIs, handle audits and inventory checks, support walk-in customers, perform device repairs/swaps, maintain CRM updates, ensure issue resolution within TAT, and travel as per operational requirements.
Qualification:
Customer Care Executive – 10+2 or Graduation
JC Digital Repair Specialist – ITI or Diploma preferably in ECE Telecommunication IT or CS
Skills:
Good communication skills, customer handling ability, basic computer knowledge, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, technical orientation, handset/device repair skills (preferred for specialist role).

Other Details:
Customer Care Executive roles require minimum 6 months BPO experience. JC Digital Repair Specialist roles require 1.5 to 4 years of relevant technical experience. Candidates must be flexible for rotational shifts and demonstrate a customer-focused approach. Multiple openings available across different Jio locations.
