Job Role:
Relationship Manager (RM) – Home Loan

Location:
Multiple Locations – Gurgaon - 25 openings
Noida - 25 openings 
Hyderabad - 10 openings 
Bangalore - 10 openings 
Mumbai - 10 openings 
Dehradun - 10 openings 

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Home Loan products
• Generate leads through fieldwork, references, and data calling
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks for smooth processing
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up

Qualification:
• Minimum Graduation (preferred)
• Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply

Experience Required (Minimum 6 Months):
• Credit Card Sales
• CASA Sales
• Insurance Sales
• Loan Sales (PL / BL / HL etc.)
• Any Banking Product Sales
• DST / DSA Channel Sales

Skills Required:
• Good communication skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Customer handling ability
• Sales & negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of banking products
